BILLING FAQ
MONEY QUESTIONS.
What shows on my statement?
Passes are billed discreetly by Fanvue; nothing on your statement mentions the Dome.
Is there a subscription?
Not yet. Membership is planned; when it launches you will be able to cancel any time from your account.
Why are passes in USD and membership in AUD?
Passes are sold through Fanvue in US dollars. Membership will be sold by us, in Australian dollars.
Do passes and codes stack?
Yes. Every pass and every code adds its time on top of whatever you have left.
Does my time keep running if I leave?
Yes, the clock runs once your time starts. Hit PAUSE in the Dome to bank the time you have left, and pick up exactly where you left off within 7 days.
Can I use my time on another device?
Not yet. Your time stays with the browser you used it in, or with your Fanvue login if you opened the Dome from Fanvue. For a headset, buy a pass code and redeem it in the headset. One login on every device arrives with accounts.
Refunds?
See the refunds policy. Nothing in it limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Who can buy?
Adults 18+ (or the age of majority where you live), where adult content is legal.
